“If we learn to recognize and process our dilemmas, problems and conflicts, we will develop our emotional intelligence and improve the quality of our relationships”
When faced with a problem, we spend a lot of time looking for solutions, when we cannot control our emotions, when we are trapped in negative thoughts or lose hope of finding a way out; we could conclude that there is a blockage that limits the construction of options and the definition of objectives.
We have a greater management capacity when we can define the category or level of difficulty in which we find ourselves, since it is possible to use a different strategy if we are faced with a dilemma, problem or conflict. Whatever the case, emotions are always present in difficult situations to manage and learning to identify and express them is the first step. However, the use of questions from strategic thinking allows us to identify the possible scenario and the path to follow in different difficulties.
Based on these ideas acquired in our experience as conflict management consultants and considering the characteristics and needs of those involved, we have designed training meetings based on some sufficiently documented ideas and built a practical and simple application instrument, which we have called PAP.
